Daily Wireless News & Updates.- Deadbeat customers are costing mobile operators about $26 billion every year, according to a report from Analysys and Talgentra, which surveyed operators around the world. As a result, 5 percent of total billings are written off annually. One of the main problems associated with the high write-off figures is that collections often fall between the responsibilities of various departments in a company.
